BAKING WORKSHOPS

NEW BAKING CLASS SCHEDULE FOR SEPTEMBER TO DECEMBER 2019 IS NOW UP

If your passion is pastry come learn in our beautiful studio from teacher Teresa Ho. These are intimate hands-on classes where students get to learn our family recipes such as Traditional Chinese Paper Wrapped Sponge cake, Classic marble cheesecake, and French Apple Tart. Other popular classes include Cupcake decorating with fondant, Coconut Tarts and featuring Unicorn Cake. Classes are held Thursday nights from 7:00-9:00pm.

We are excited to announce that we will be starting a new series of baking workshops for those who have always wanted to learn more advanced baking and pastry techniques.  Pastry Chef Charmaine will be teaching our 4-hour workshops on Sunday afternoons on how to make macaron, croissant and bread.
