We’ve designed a new series of workshops for the intermediate home-baker who has always wanted to learn more advanced baking and pastry techniques. In this 4-hour workshop, Pastry Chef Charmaine will teach you how to make rich and flakey Croissant. Our hands-on approach and small class size will give you the confidence and skills to make these at home to share with friends and family!

Full payment is required at the time of booking classes online. Please 'Add to cart' and checkout in order to register for the class. Please bring a printed copy of your receipt to the class.
A minimum of 10 days notice is needed for any cancellations for a full refund. Anytime after that you will be issued a credit note.
Booked classes ARE transferable to other attendees! So we encourage those who cannot attend at the last minute to pass on the fun to a friend.
This is an intermediate baking class that is suited for adults.
Should a class be cancelled on our side for any reason, a full refund will be issued on the original payment method with notice by email with reason for cancellation (i.e. inclement weather, emergency power outages or any other emergencies). A class will also be cancelled should it not reach a minimum number of students of 6 people by the preceding Thursday.
